Mission Land LLC is a mission-driven real estate and operations management company operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our company was established to provide responsible oversight of land, assets, and operational initiatives that directly support charitable objectives and long-term community impact. Through a carefully structured nonprofit + LLC model, we help create sustainability while protecting the integrity and resources of the nonprofit mission we serve.

Our work centers on stewardship, accountability, and strategic growth. We manage properties, projects, and revenue-generating activities in ways that align with charitable values while reducing operational risk and supporting long-term stability. Mission Land LLC exists exclusively to advance nonprofit initiatives—not for private benefit—allowing organizations to pursue meaningful impact with greater protection, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.

Mission Land LLC will serve as the company that sells emergency equipment—including solar generators—without the need to create a separate LLC. Structured to support the nonprofit’s mission (A.L.O.T.), Mission Land LLC is legally able to sell solar generators and emergency equipment, partner with manufacturers, apply for reseller programs, operate on Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace, generate revenue, and financially support the nonprofit. There are two options for how Mission Land LLC will work with the nonprofit. Under Option A, Mission Land LLC operates as the sales arm of the nonprofit: it sells emergency equipment, holds inventory, manages vendor relationships, runs the online store, and sends profits to the nonprofit, while the nonprofit runs its programs and uses that revenue to support teens, families, outreach, and feeding programs.
